I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jade Forbush, owner of Sentiments 4D Ultrasound Studio.
She shared her journey, business details, and plans for the future.
From ultrasound tech to business owner, Jade continues to be ambitious, kind, and patient.
She even gave me a tour of her amazing studio!
It was truly a treat to see where the magic happens.
Jade’s Story
Jade grew up just outside of Twin Falls, ID in a small town called Kimberly, ID. She went to college at Idaho State University and then was certified as an ultrasound technician through a program in Boise, Idaho.
After several years of working as an ultrasound technician at Portneuf Medical Center...
She felt the pull to create a different, more enjoyable ultrasound experience for pregnant moms.
She asked:
Why can’t moms see their babies whenever they want to?
And ever since then, she’s been on a mission to fix that.
Now, fast forward 3 years and 4D Sentiments Studio continues to thrive.

Jade offers a variety of services that families from all over Eastern Idaho (and some from Wyoming) drive miles to access.
Here they are:
Heartbeat ultrasound. A quick 10-minute ultrasound to confirm your baby’s heartbeat. You can schedule anytime between 6 to 40 weeks.
Black & White extended ultrasound. Have additional time to see your baby, and bring home 8-10 pictures and 1 video.
First trimester 3D/4D/HD. A quick 15-minute ultrasound for the first trimester only. Take home about 10 photos and 2-3 videos.
Gender reveal. After 16 weeks, use an ultrasound to find out the gender of your baby. This ultrasound is 15-20 minutes. You’ll receive both 2D and 3D images.
Limited 3D/4D/HD. A 15-20 minute ultrasound during the 14-40 week time frame. Take home 10-15 digital photos and 1-2 videos.
Unlimited 3D/4D/HD. The most popular package includes unlimited photos of your baby. Spend 30-45 minutes capturing as many pictures as possible. Also, choose a heartbeat plushie to keep your baby’s heartbeat forever.
Keepsake. This package includes an unlimited ultrasound package, a heartbeat plush, a knotted sleeper for your baby, and a 3D-printed model of your baby’s face in a shadow box. (All the things)
Maternity package. The newest package includes the unlimited ultrasound package, a 60-minute maternity photo session, and hand and foot molds after your baby is born.
Maternity photoshoot. 60-minute maternity photo shoot. Include your family too!
Newborn photos. Have photos taken of your newborn baby 10-14 days after birth.
Hand/foot casting. Mold your baby’s precious hand or foot and keep it forever!
